People who have been in Cagayan Valley never missed the chance of exploring the seven chambers of the Callao Cave. It is very popular since there is one chamber that was made into a cathedral which has natural holes that allows the sun rays to pass through inside the cave. As soon as you get in you will feel the cold breeze and the peaceful environment which makes it solemn. Each chamebrs is composed of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites particularly in the deeper chambers of it. Stunning rock formations that you need to figure out yourself and be amazed. There are walls that looks like made of crystals. This has been preserve and well taken care of by the natives. There are also some parts of the caves that you can see remains from the past. Another pride of the North will be the Anguib Beach or what they call “Boracay of the North” because of it’s white powdered sand and crystal clear water so as stunning views. It’s a jaw dropping scenery that you wouldn’t want to miss. Perfect place to do jetski , snorkeling, scuba diving and other watersports. It is a very long and calm beach that you can experience since it has cove as well. It is still not fully developed so you can stil have a peaceful water dip. During low tide some tourists do a walk from one part of the beach to another.
